They work with both iPhone and Android.
Let's be precise, yes they work with both Apple & Google Find networks but not at the same time - you have to select one or t'other, while you are paired locally to the device - no remote switching to the other network.

I suspect all this talk of Bluetooth gadgets is not really helping the OP, whose original need is almost certainly going to be satisfied by the Google Maps tracking they've already chosen!
