No, ignore them, because it will keep happening

Keep your eye on your MCOL claim history, keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

Okok, just to be clear am i expecting a letter in the mail or do i have to check mcol until something new pops up? On the template it says to wait for a directions questionnaire as the next step

    Its actually BOTH

But personally I would suggest that you email your completed response as soon as its posted, because these days post is erratic, so it may go astray

If it were an online bank account, you would react to your online banking statement, not wait around for a paper version

    Ignore the claimants paperwork

Wait until you see that the CNBC posted out your paper N180 DQ document on your MCOL claim history

Then send the completed downloaded N180 DQ document ASAP to the dq email address, as explained in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

So you are waiting for it to be posted ( but definitely once it arrives through your letterbox. )

Just submitted the DQ for my mum today but still havent received DQ for my claim but on mcol it says case stay lifted? Does this mean anything for me and is there a predictable time for when the mediation will happen. I put myself as the one who will attend mediation for both cases

Keep your eye on the claim history, to see when the N180 has been posted, because their delays are beyond our control, but you can email your completed N180 pdf document as soon as its been posted

The Mediation Service will send you an email regarding that stage when they are ready, depending on how busy they are. The mediation stage is largely irrelevant

There are NO set timelines for any of this, but probably within a month or two

Hello all, just finished my mediation appointments and followed instructions and obviously there was no settlement. Been around a week since the calls and havent heard anything but dcblegal keeps calling me frequently. Is it still ideal to just ignore them. Thanks

Correct, ignore them and wait for the case to be transferred to your local civil court that you nominated in your N180 DQ document earlier

Then wait for that court to send a court order
