Hi - sorry I didn't see the additional comments here earlier. As I told CopperFox on DMs, I won my POPLA appeal by default. UKPC didn't even bother to send them evidence. They probably know they're scamming people. Sorry you missed the POPLA appeal deadline CopperFox but I'm reasonably sure they won't follow up in court.

Hi all - thought it would be worth adding my own experience after parking here and getting two fines in one weekend in august (left to charge my electric car before returning).
UKPC’s whole case rests on a sign headed “ELECTRONIC PERMIT HOLDERS”.
In their POPLA evidence pack they show a version of this sign that includes the wording:
“Pay by phone Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 only.
Please see tariff boards on how to pay.
Registered users only outside of these hours.”However, recent photos of the actual signs currently on site show a different version. The real signs only say:
“Pay by phone Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 only.
Please see tariff boards on how to pay.”The line “Registered users only outside of these hours” is missing from the signs (2 examples below) that are actually displayed. (It looks as if there potentially was a sticker over the top with different wording which has been removed but that's their fault for not getting the signs printed correctly).
I’ve already submitted comments pointing this out and emailed the real photos to POPLA as I couldn't add these latest pictures to the comments section of the POPLA claim. I'm fairly confident this will be thrown out once POPLA see this and hopefully this will help anyone else who gets a ticket when parking here.

It won't be thrown out if you only added your pics at comments stage.
POPLA will say you can't add new points, so they'll ignore the images and find for UKPC. And you will ignore it!
