Dealing with death

Found out sunday my wife has a very short time left, i am lost,numb and struggling to hold myself together for her. How do i even talk about it with her, neither of us have planned for this but here we are………………sorry

I can completely understand how you are feeling, there is no rush to do anything more than you are currently doing. Try to look after yourself in terms of eating, and perhaps a short walk to get some fresh air, or just popping into the garden if that’s all you feel up to
