Where is everyone watching Spendaholics? Sounds up my street! Years ago, I used to watch something called Extreme Cheapskates, which is the same but the opposite end of the scale.
Another today, puts me on 9/15. I MIGHT get to 18 before I jet off on my hols. My kids don't know were going yet, looking forward to telling them.

It's on youtube. I watch it on my iPad at night while I'm drifting off to sleep, although I'm so fascinated by how things turn out, I usually watch the whole episode 😂 - I watched 3 so far. The 'shock' tactics and 'cold turkey' buget are classic moments as the debtors realise just what they spend/waste so much money each week 😅.
It's certainly a real eye opener; especially the root cause and physchological chat/help undertaken, and the inspiration to not spend

I will definitely give that a go. I used to be obsessed with "eat well for less" too and fascinated by how people spent 1k a month on groceries. Although with today's prices it is probably much easier to do than it was then!!
