What exactly am I supposed to be doing apart from emailing dcbl to update my details? People are saying don't do anything or contact them and nothing will happen, but the first advice I read on the newbie post is to not ignore it.
When you say to come back if I receive a claim form. What is a claim form? Is the letter I received not a claim form? What will be the difference between the letter I received asking me to pay and the claim form? Why won't the charges increase if I don't pay now?0 -
You dont email anyone. You do it on the app
Clearly you are unable to take the advice offered and therefore you seem determined to waste your money since you are unable to take on board what you are being told
Oh well its your money to waste not ours.
I dont think you can be helped anyone more sorry as you are determined not to heed the advice and you constantly battlef against the advice given. Its almost as if you didn't want to understand. But hey ho.
Ps the video is wrong

The advice is NOT to ignore PCNs but DO ignore debt collector letters; you can choose to ignore or not letter before/of claim. Do NOT ignore a N9SDT claim form (you can check what one looks like by asking Auntie Google). Do NOT leave a PPC or their solicitor with an incorrect address or a choice of two addresses. You can either use the app or email the DPO to ENSURE they have your one and only correct address and insist they ERASE all your other data. Do NOT ignore the advice from regulars on the forum.
