Now I'm on the stage of Meditation.

I've read on forum:

Mediation is Mandatory now. It's a pointless phone call. YOU SHOULD GIVE THE MEDIATOR 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME -  Offer zero or a tenner, if you technically owe a parking tariff.

What does it mean 'technically owe a parking tariff'?

There was no payment due, no tariff.

And you must have seen the news in July about the CMA opening a consumer protection case against Euro Car Parks about unfair ticketing in petrol stations? Surely!

If not, for goodness sake, google it!

Were you planning on supplying your evidence to the CMA to help their case investigation, especially if part of your time was used filling up with petrol or using a carwash, or air for tyres etc.?

Was it? Why were you there?

Errr… and now you know this, surely you are going to tell the Mediator about Euro Car Parks being investigated by the Regulator for unfair petrol station ticketing, and simply laugh out loud?!

No offering money.

They have no chance and the case will NOT go to a hearing, whatever the Mediator says.
