I added a statement of truth.

Should I complete the Defence box only or the Acknowledgement of Defence as well?

    Regards

You already completed the AOS stage online on MCOL, so sorted

Your defence should be copied and pasted into the Start defence box on MCOL

An emailed defence should have a header and signed footer with the latest SoT, saved as a pdf and attached to the email, plus claim reference number ( no pictures, no scans,no paperwork, no post. ) , then check for there email auto response back to prove receipt of the defence

You used an old, out of date, incorrect email address too, so will probably fail receipt

    I got you.

Really appreciate for paying my attention.

I've found and completed the Defence box on MCOL.

Glad to hear it, so keep checking your MCOL claim history twice a week for progress

Keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread too

"I've found and completed the Defence box on MCOL."

You put in the Template Defence? Good.

You can now follow the 8 steps and laugh at them until they inevitably discontinue just before the hearing fee has to be paid.

You are no longer in a 'serious position' as long as you defended properly on MCOL.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
