Excellent work on the sandals Honey_Bear
I've pottered today then watched England (Lionesses) beat Iceland - and I never told you I saw AN ACTUAL LIONESS at the theatre last night…she looked much shorter than on TV (and much less scary actually).
I have listed one item on ebay, been to feed a cat and been gathering PoA information (well the stuff I need for the reduced cost application as my income is deemed to be low. Checked progress of car claim and contacted dealer re new car, to update them and query something.
Lots of washing line dried, including son's as they have no line.

Afternoon all,
Popping by to let Iona know that I too am thinking of her and her DH x
I went MIA towards the end of the week, as usual. There has been no flying to report, as my time has been taken up with various jobs from my list at the allotment. Today is garden job day, so no flying…again. Room for improvement but as soon as the weather shows the slightest sign of getting better, I am out the back door and all flying intentions go to the wind.
I had a panic phone call yesterday morning from DD. She is fine now and is going where she planned. I am so very proud of her, doing all this far flung travelling on her own, within her own tight and earned budget, and coping with all her other issues that no 22 year old should have to go through. Proud mama. But oh my nerves at 2am (due to time difference) when she lets me know she is ok.
Well done HB on the shoe situation. I did a similar turn out a few weeks ago. Although having feet of the rather elephant variety, I have never been a shoe shopper, so my collection is somewhat on the bijou side. Even then, it is amazing how my feet now protest at shoes that I happily wore to work not that long ago.

Afternoon all. Two washloads and dried out in the sun, dusted and polished and vacuumed through downstairs. Had a walk in the sun this morning. It went in briefly this afternoon but has reappeared now. Too noisy to sit outside though, someone nearby is hedge cutting.
Hope everyone's OK and Iona's DH is improving x
