Hello everyone. Hope you're ok. Belated birthday wishes to HB.
I didn't post yesterday and didn't fly other than dailies either but did return to paid stuff and DD popped round with children, first time in three weeks.
Today I have done a paid shift, all dailies except putting recycling out, one wash load is on line, Poppet has had a short walk and I've hoovered through. Doc appt later. Going to do puzzles and have early lunch now.
Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Good morning (just!)
Washing on line; DW emptied, Bin brought back in. Am seriously considering flying!

Afternoon all. One washload dried indoors, showers through the morning. Dentist at 10 - checkups for both of us but luckily we both got away with it! DH then had his covid booster (unfortunately I'm too young;)). Otherwise just normal dailies, cooking etc
Hope everyone's OK x

Afternoon all,
Like Valli, I considered flying but obviously not very seriously as today seems to have passed me by. I got carried away at the allotment this morning (fighting the world’s biggest dock plant, I think I won) which lost the entire morning. Back home, made some lunch, then back into the gh for the hated job of pot and seed tray washing. Did some more potting up, now I’m having a cuppa, waiting for Mr M to deliver in the next hour. Dinner will be cooked and the kitchen put to bed, but that may be the sum total of my flying for the day.

I have done part of Tuesday's list, namely LR but that has included a full cushion swap for the sofas which, as they are big and heavy, is not a quick job. Couple of marks sponged with cold water on a mf cloth.
I have also done my PoA forms.

I did some bedroom activity 😉 which involved dusting and hoovering. I also put 5 items in the charity shop bag - 3 jumpers that haven't been worn this winter or the one before or the one before. I used to wear them for work and maybe that's why I don't ever chose them for retirement days. Also 2 tops that I'm never comfortable wearing - 1 falls off my shoulder and the other has a habit of gaping open so they've gone in the bag.
Hoovered up cat sick. Honestly the cat made an almighty fuss, howling and heaving as if he was regurgitating a whole pigeon but it ended up being a tiny little spot of bile. Anyway that's cleared and the cat is back to sleep until it's time for his 6pm food pester.
Returned my library books and helped an elderly relative with some paperwork.
I plan to do a bit of bathroom cleaning because a friend is visiting tomorrow so if (and it's a big if) I do some today then I'm ahead for tomorrow.

DH was taken into horse piddle yesterday evening: ambulance crew had just fnished a job in the next village so were here pronto. I've spent all afternoon with him - Rosie has had only a very short walk today and was soooo pleased to see me when I got home. DH has been moved from A&E to the Acute Medical assessment unit. He's not at all well, but somehow always manages to rally when a doctor appears, doh!!! I have withdrawn my offer of making cakes for the baptism families' tea at church on Sunday (they will just have to be bought instead of hm) but I've still got to sort out the craft activities. Too tired to do anything tonight, though.
Before going out I tidied DH's BR as best I could, so it's ready for cleaning tomorrow, and did about 6 loads of washing. He mixes up his clean and worn clothes and just drops them on the floordrobe or piles them on a chairdrobe so that they all fall off.
Forgive me if I don't get round to posting again until after the weekend xxx
