Santander Fixed ISA

Have chased up with both banks. Banco Santander claimed the request had been sent but could advise no reason why it hadn’t completed. Agreed that the details I had supplied matched when I provided them a second time. FD denies receiving a transfer out request. I know which one I am more inclined to believe.

Have resubmitted the details online and await their response to an online ‘chat’ message.
Am I correct to think that Banco Santander should pay me backdated interest if and when the transfer finally does complete?

I applied for the Santander 4.5% with voucher ISA on may 1st. My application was successful but after it was completed I received no email or communication from them whatsoever. When I read on here that the ISA had been withdrawn I decided that there was no point chasing up and I made other plans for the 10K that I was going to transfer in in order to get the £50 voucher.
Yesterday on Sunday may 10th I was very surprised to get an email from them telling me that my Santander ISA was now open. I logged into my account and there it was! However, there appears to be no way to request a transfer in to the account. From what I understand Santander should support an electronic transfer in, or have I got things wrong and will I have to fill in a paper form?

Santander has online form that you can fill in if the supported provider is listed however the voucher offer ended on 5th May.
If you still want to transfer:

Thank you. I had assumed that because they let me have the 4.5% account I'd still be able to get the voucher. Since that isn't the case I don't want the account anymore because there are better fixed rates available.
