I just got email just now for my first transfer completed on 15th April. I had another transfer completed on 23rd April, waiting on this.

Yes I received my two £50 voucher emails this afternoon. My two related transfers only completed at the start of last week having only been requested two working days before - so very efficient.

A total contrast to the appalling process with a certain other bank with a similar offer starting with H and ending in C.

Within two working days of me opening the ISA and requesting the transfer electronically - in both cases!

If they could only second the Santander ISA team to HSBC to show them how it is done!

Completed 14th & 16th April.

I’ve now been waiting over two weeks for my transfer from First Direct to complete. No further communication from Banco Santander after 17th April, and nothing from FD to state that it has received the transfer request. Very disappointed – I expected two large and reputable banks to make the transfer quickly and without issue. Due to the poor service have been holding fire on requesting a second transfer. Anyone else experienced a long delay?

Have you checked it with First Direct? Was it a paper transfer - assume so if First Direct is involved?

That inevitably involves a lot of manual intervention which can slow things up - including Royal Mail.

Uniess of course FD are busy and they have outsourced their ISA transfer processes to their parent bank?! For your sake I hope not!!
