In-house CEL court claim

My wife received a demand for payment for overstaying in a car park last October. I replied on her behalf (as usual) pointing out Civil Enforcement failed to establish such a contravention took place and told them their invoice was invalid as it hadn't included a picture of the signage. They replied, with a pic of the signage and demanded payment again. I ignored their letter and they wrote again. This time I asked them a series of questions and sought a contract. I also included a medical letter showing she was diagnosed with vascular dementia. She has now received a Courts & Tribunal letter saying a money claim has been made against her for non-payment. This has never happened to us before and seems at odds with the legal process. Anyone got any ideas how to proceed? Thanks.

And please edit your thread title because you don't have a CCJ (nor a credible threat of one, now you are here).

Is the Claim addressed to you? Or your wife?

And as above we need this:

Post a redacted picture of the claim form below after hiding the following

    Reference number, top right

    Password, bottom right

Your name and address on the left hand side

The VRM details in the POC on the lower left hand side

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So in Post 2 - Small Claim you're looking for the section headed 'So, where to start dealing with a claim'

It's almost impossible to find that in the amount of material there.

Its the picture of the correctly redacted N1SDT claim form we need to see, not that covering letter

Right, I think this is it. I posted the front cover to see if people think it's a fake. It doesn't look like a HM letter head. Anyway, next page redacted. What do you think?
