Come on, this is simple: just use the template defence in full, with that as para 3. It's TEN paragraphs you are copying in.

yeah i put them all in - hadnt just meant the third paragraph…. I often just abbreviate in typing on here cause my brain knows what I mean and I expect everyone else to know too.

Yes, those damn air quotes caused some consternation until i searched around a bit and realised that the issue was…. it was submitted fine late last night as I knew I wouldnt have time today.

So, if my previous run through this is anything to go by…. more court paperwork to fill in, another couple of tries from the DCB Legal/Group Nexus folks - I believe a mediation call these days, which is new…. and then finally the bottom feeders will pull out after clogging up and the court system with this spurious, parasitic nonsense.
