yeah, seems very quick. I had an imbalance of cis suffered to cash at back, so it went for security checks. Was told 18th June for a decision. Checked on Friday night for no known reason, and it said Bank repayment. Cash in bank today 😃

so, I requested a refund on 17th April, today it’s still ‘Not yet used’. Others here seem to have had their refunds within a few days so reckon I should wait another week or give them a call?

Not yet used usually means there's a flag on your account...it happened to me 2 year ago I had a payment plan set up with them which I paid over a period...but it remained on my account. So I phoned them they cleared the issue up on the phone. and I got my rebate within a wk...so it could be anything. Best phoning them
