You are welcome. Really glad you brought it up, as I had no idea about future transfers in, if I so wish to do so, I'd have to contact them.

Used the transfer option when I initially opened the isa. Was straightforward

I just opened a Vanquis ISA and ticked the option to transfer in an existing ISA. Account opening worked fine but nothing happened on the transfer for several days. Sent a secure message and was told 3 days later that no transfer request has been received - shocking system design! They said I need to print and post a form. Worried I am going to miss the 30 day funding period! Will try online banking phone number to speed things up. It doesn't bode well for the future so far!

When you select to transfer in an existing ISA during the account opening, the final stage asks you to send the ISA transfer form. There should have been an attached link to download the form.

It is already pre filled with your information, you just need to sign/date it and send it to the Freepost address.

I did this last week when transferring from Tembo to Vanquis.

I am just in the process of a partial transfer from Ford Money to Vanquis. The transfer form came at the end of the process. Within 24 hours Ford Money informed me, that Vanquis had approached them. This was all done online.

I have had to wait for the authorisation code, to confrim my nominated Bank account., which took 2 days. I have now done that, so we shall see how long it takes for the transfer.

Tembo to Vanquis ISA transfer

Tembo have confirmed my transfer request from Vanquis, has taken just over a week from opening the Vanquis account and sending off the transfer form!

As am making a full ISA transfer, the email reminds me that my current Tembo ISA account will be closed and I will no longer be allowed to open another Tembo Cash ISA in the future!

If I remember correctly this was the same deal when I transferred out from Moneybox!

All sorted, in less than 4 days, and that included a wait for the authorisation code, via Royal Mail.
