thanks for the await guys and well done 👏👏

Sorry you've been unwell Brie I'm glad you've recovered. I agree about the ads AI being put to a bad use I get a lot as well, they do annoy me as well.

Not a good week for me with a pound gain, I've eaten rubbish all week so self inflicted

Put on 1/5 lb this week but I did enjoy eating out on my work trip. Busy weekend ahead in the garden will hopefully burn some of it off!

oops, I forgot to update last week but its all abit crap TBH!

Last week I put on 1Ib

and this week I put on 1.5Ibs!😲

I knew this was going to be a difficult month though what with easter and my birthday (too many excuses for me to rationalise my binge eating).

Oh well, hoping May is better.

STS from me. I'm away in a few days so will aim for a maintain, swimming and walking are planned.

Medication made me blow up again, was given double the dose I was supposed to have (consultant), felt cruddy and was turning into Violet Beauregarde again, only to be put on the lower dose after 6 weeks, just starting to see an improvement.

Positives, Lidl are selling strawberries, £1.49, not quite British/ seasonal, but very good for what they are, and Jersey Royals are on sale also, I'm looking forward to salad season.

Only one shock, bought a light up 20x magnification mirror, as putting makeup (mascara) on with contact lenses was a pain, best thing I've bought in ages, but it also showed me things that I didn't like!

Hope the warming weather benefits us all.

Thanks for the WIs guys sorry I was playing catch up

sorry to hear about the family issues SSue, hopefully they will be resolved soon, take care of yourself.

I hope you have a few days away Jenny, I've hated mirrors for years!

I can't believe it's May next week nearly a third of the way into the challenge and I'm going backwards again 😕🫣 I visited my friend in the care home Sunday who asked me if I had gained weight I told her yes due to the four months of stress trying to sort her out! At least the hot weather has encouraged me to eat salad and keep off the bread so I'm hoping for a better week when I weigh tomorrow.

@Brambling A minor improvement of minus 1/2 lb. Better than nothing I suppose but had hoped to get back down below 12 st but missed it by a fraction. Hoping for better from next week when I won't be working anymore so can do more steps/exercise. However, I am going on holiday on Sat 8th so I might put it back on again.
