Hi everyone, I would love to join this challenge please. My first post on mse. I’m hoping this will be a frugal alternative to sw, with encouragement and a bit of accountability too but without the now nearly £7a week fee. All the best everyone! I aiming to lose 14lb this quarter.

Could I join in please? I have zero control so anything I can do to help me be accountable would be great. An 8lb loss target would be good, thank you 😊

Ginger that's not too bad for a four day weekend
I stayed the same at least it's not a gain!

One week into the quarter and 1 lb gain - boo.
Initially I set off with a loss but Easter eggs put an end to that.
Two "friends" had given me Easter eggs which I dutifully did not open until Easter Day but those are now fully consumed and can do no further harm. Except that one was a Maltesers egg and included two small bags of Maltesers. I had forgotten how nice these are - cannot have had any for about a decade. I now have to restrain myself from buying a box.
On the good side - I've had no alcoholic drink (empty calories) so far this quarter, even though I had the opportunity. But I expect at least one glass of wine or a G&T within the next 7 days.

General at least Easter is at the start of the quarter!

Morning all,
Reporting a STS this week, to be honest, after a meal out and 2 Easter eggs, I’m pleased I haven’t gained.Back on it now though

Anyway it’s a STS for me again this week the scale will just not budge maybe it’s stress I don’t know. Also can I change my weigh day from a Wednesday to a Friday please. Hope everyone is doing well

Glad it's Friday! Pleased to report a 1.5lb loss this week. The nicer weather means I've been outside more!
