    I'm back to my starting weight - so a 1 lb loss.

    Unfortunately one of the "friends" who gave me Easter chocolate then sent me a box of Belgian chocolate for my birthday. I'm rationing daily consumption on those. And I've avoided obtaining Maltesers.

    My prediction of a G&T materialised yesterday but that's the first alcohol so far this quarter.
