Oh dear, a full 2 lb gain.
I think that was a rapid response to a toffee trifle which is sitting in my fridge and which I dip into almost every time I open the fridge door.

Finished off the trifle this morning. My bathroom scales report me as 0.3kg lighter than at yesterday's weigh-in after I had a lot of trifle but not many calories from elsewhere.
Today I realise a kitchen cupboard contains an "18 month matured luxury Christmas pudding" which has a BB end date of this month. It's described as "with dried fruits, nuts, glace cherries, cider, sherry, cognac and rum". Think I may need to eat 2 portions (so 200g) daily. However more than 42% of that is fruit and nuts. But I think I'll wait beyond the end of the month - but not the six months to Christmas.

+1Ib this week.
Gave myself a talking to this week. Ive gotten back into a binge/restrict cycle this year and its really messing up any weight loss. So no more 'little treat days' coz I just use it as an excuse to binge.🙄

1/2lb down this weigh in. Back on track with running but I really struggled with energy levels and motivation last week. Feeling more perky over the last few days!
@General_Grant the Christmas pud sounds so good. I'm the only one in my house who eats it though.

Complete shock on the scales this morning showing I'm down to the 3.8 pound mark in this stone. Shock because the other day I was at 9 pounds. Then I remembered how dodgy my scales are, stepped off and stepped back on. Yup. 9.8. So STS. Hopefully it will be no worse than that at the end of the quarter given I'll be mostly at an all inclusive place in Crete.

-1lb for me this week. A day ago it would have been -2lb but it seems to have crept back up again.

Went to the doctor's this morning. I don't have any scales at home, just the Wii fit board, which I haven't set up since moving house.
100kg, or 15 stones 10.
The heaviest ever, by a long way.
Looking to make a start after tomorrow.
In better news, BP was 105/72. 🤣

I can claim a loss of 2.5 lbs.
That leaves me at half-a-pound less than at the beginning of the quarter.
Though it won't be a full week, I'll weigh again at the end of the month.
