So I'm back from my Spanish holiday and am hiding my weight gain today because it is so bad. I'll get on the scales again tomorrow and promise to be back to report the damage.
Whilst we did a fair bit of walking, I also had Danish pastries at breakfast (as an addition to cereal and bacon & egg) and had generous pasta dishes on three evenings and salads on just two and with a bottle of wine between four of us each time. I avoided lunch.
ETA A 4 lb increase.
(In kilograms it was slightly down from yesterday's result, enough to record a lower increase than I would have done then.)So

+2 this week - I had 4 days in Paris with family members. We walked miles (even on the day it rained) but we also ate a lot of cake and coffee.
Fashion on the Ration 2026 - 31.5 coupons remaining (rolling over 1.5 from last year)
April Grocery Challenge - £134.93 of £250 spent
Declutter 12 things (net) in 2026 - 69 out and 65 in = 8 to lose2 -
Despite eating more while in Spain, I still managed to lose a 1/2 lb. I did do loads of walking though.
