Reporting in a 2lbs loss this week, I’ve had heat stroke which accounts for some of that, and no, I absolutely do not recommend it as a weight loss strategy!

I’ve just come back from a weeks holiday I have put 3 lbs on but I was losing nothing before I went I’m back on it today let’s see if this better weather helps I was really struggling but I had my thyroid tablet changed and I don’t think that helped but another blood tests said everything was alright so I maybe wasn’t been as good as I thought

Final pre-hols weigh in on analogue scales (so not as accurate as the digital ones) = 3.5lbs loss since last weigh in. I think my last weigh in included water weight maybe, as I ate a lot of lovely fresh bread and chips over that weekend. I don't normally eat them. Plus, heat = lots of salad and less of an appetite! I'll put some weight back on over the hols, I'm sure! I'm veggie and find I have to fill up on bread and potatoes in hotels abroad as the veggie buffet choice isn't always good protein-wise.
On the fitness front I've managed my running training and weights workouts and feeling the benefits now. Looking forward to lots of outdoor swimming now :-)

Trying to stuff my binge eating back in the box and it seemed to have worked this week! Hopefully next week I can continue with eating normal human sized portions.😏
