Thank you @Gr1pr I told the mediator that I had photographic evidence and was happy to go to court. Rejected DCB legal's offer to pay £210 instead of £264. For some reason, I can no longer find the Newbies thread so if anyone can post a link I would much appreciate it.

Thank you @Gr1pr, I looked again and found it using your screenshot, I thought the one you showed was only the FAQs not the complete thing but I can see now it is all together. I have bookmarked it now so should be easier to find it from now on…

Hello again friends.

I went through mediation back in July and it was inconclusive as expected so the matter is supposed to go to court now although I have no communication about this yet. Today I received this email from bulk litigation at DCB Legal

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Afternoon

We write in relation to the above matter. 

Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us on 0203 838 7038 as a matter of urgency to discuss this further.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Please change your thread title to something more suitable like

DCB LEGAL , NPC , court claim, defended , at local court

IGNORE OFFERS as they are about to discontinue. We need to see the NoD when they send it over please!

When DCBL make offers, they know its a junk cllaim but in pure ignorance they will proceed to a court claim, waste the courts time and later discontinue. They discontinue RUBBISH claims

So, play the game withis bunch, they are the biggest joke around
