    Thank you @Coupon-mad @Gr1pr @Le_Kirk do you think it is worth making a counter claim as the system gives me the option to do so? I have wasted a lot of time with this, especially when you take into account given the fact there were no signs on the site. Has anybody tried to make a counter claim in similar cases?

    Some people have counter claimed , which is a minimum of £35 up front, usually for data issues or similar, rarely for stress and harassment because its a high bar requiring proof like medical notes or something similar

    Most cases do not have a counter claim due to no legal grounds, no cause of action

    A counter claim is not needed to recoup costs. They are a different thing.
