i am looking for a very simple answer. yes, understandably people are trying to help as they worry people don't know what they are doing, but this isn't the case. it may look like i don't know what i am doing, but to anyone who is concerned, don't be. I know what i am doing, lol.
my question may sound strange as it is too simple, but that is all i need.

It might help if you indicate to whom you are replying, but I'll assume this one was in response to my question. ETFs have three currencies: a base currency, a distribution currency, and a trading currency. The distribution currency is the one that has ongoing forex implications each time you receive a dividend. You seem to be referring to the trading currency. An OEIC or UT, rather than an ETF, would be a better choice for a distributing fund.

i am looking for one that is priced in GB, and dividends paid in GB, and I am looking for ETF, nothing else.

Then I think you are out of luck, unless you are willing to consider a currency-hedged ETF. And currency hedging equities is generally ill-advised.
But, in the interests of compliance with your specific request:

So, you are not looking for a currency hedged version?
With currency hedging you get the pure S&P500 performance. i.e. you will get what the S&P500 does.
Without it you get S&P500 performance adjusted for exchange rate from dollars to sterling. That means you returns will be quite different to the S&P500 that Americans see.
So, are you looking for a hedged or unhedged version given your reference to GBP
