I've been doing exercises in the swimming pool, warm water. It's made a huge difference. Can't do it on land. Followed by water jets to relax the muscles then sauna.
Still waiting for a date. Everything collected for the day.
Desperate for my seedlings to get a move on so I can have them in before but they are just insisting on being small to spite me.😬 And digging up more veg beds, and anything else that can't be done afterwards.
You seem to be doing very well. Take care at work. Seems a bit soon. Keep focused and don't do anything stupid!
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

I'll be on my own for 2 hours, unfortunately the disabled loo is in a different part of the building so may have to get help to get in and out, or perfect my hover technique! Don't do too much either, hope you don't have to wait too long...

I would be careful with a trolley, ok, it's not lifting, but pushing/pulling puts quite a lot of force through your hips, a hosepipe would be best, but if you're on allotment you probably can't use one.....

Update at 6 weeks,
Back to physio, pleased with progress ( although I massively overdid it Sunday walking 7000 steps at National Trust place, 3 nights of pain)
Currently walking with one crutch inside, 2 outside 50% of the time
Aim to gradually stop using crutch inside, but pick it up if I start to limp
Gradually increase walking time from 10 minutes at a time to 25 or so on the flat
Have been able to sleep on my side intermittently since week 3 with surgeons blessing
No bending rule is lifted so gradually easing back into reaching for things, can't quite manage a normal loo seat
Still no heavy lifting until at least 3 months
Exercise wise I can do one activity a day either walking outside, hydrotherapy or no resistance spin bike , currently building up from 5 to 10minutes. Hopefully a hosepipe ban won't come in until August because a full watering can counts as heavy lifting
Had to drive today as hubby poorly all night, so just got on with it and was fine.
Garden wise, here are my seedlings which will go out early May as although son will be at home when we go away, he will forget to water them, then drown them the night we come back! My apple is confused as it's supposed to be a biennial, in front of the beetroot are chantenay carrots and then along the front edge are mangetout, hoping to get a second crop in later, which I usually forget.......
