The tariff is still on the Cheap Energy Club site and I have just initiated a switch for my mother.

Received an initial email stating the switch is in progress, but I guess they may still ull the plug, so to speak!!!

Did my switch at about 11pm last night (5th March). I have been with energy club before feb 27th as per Martins tweet.

Got an email from EDF saying sorry to see you go at 8.15 am today (6th March), then got an email from E.ON saying thank you for choosing them and the switch will go through next Tuesday. 10th March. (2 working days later)

Like others I was on the EDF Simply Fixed May 26. By doing this I will have another 12 months of similair prices. I will also miss the Sunday Saver.

Me too! It's slightly more expensive than my Outfox tariff that was due to expire at the start of April, but now I have 15 months peace of mind.

What counts as 'being an energy club member'? Just having had an MSE account? I have never 'joined' the club it's just there in the app.

I think you need to sign up to the comparison system, I signed up many years ago to do credit card comparisons, and that login I was able to check the tariffs on there for energy.

I guess I am a member then as it let me apply for the tariff. Just wondering if these previously unknown eligibility criteria are why I haven't heard anything back.
