Put together kitchen island thing that has been sitting there for three weeks. This led to tidying the room which may have been a step too far as now I am knackered.

having seen the tulips in question I can honestly say that there is nobody I dislike that much!

It's hard to describe how truly hideous they were. I'm very glad they are now ex-tulips.
I had to look up what I'd put in the pots as I thought the cream ones were yellower than I'd expected. It turns out I'd bought more varieties than I remembered… I think the cream ones are Avant Garde, which have deep pink Showcase with them. I then have some Mount Tacoma and Angelique, and some Maureen and Queen of the Night, and Uncle Tom and Carnaval de Nice. I actually have no clue what I put in which pots, so hopefully they'll be nice surprises. I've also got alliums in the same pots to follow on from the tulips. And there are lots of lovely white narcissi at the moment - Thalia, Winston Churchill, and Obdam. The Actea I planted (late) in the orchard haven't come up, but hopefully they will next year.
I've sown more veg seeds today, mulched the roses, and mulched the big raspberry bed. Plus done lots of laundry on negatively priced electricity, cooked some veg, had a long shower and hair wash, and taken the dog for 3 walks - all of which were far too short in his opinion.
I've also had a very annoying FBMP experience - the person who was supposed to be here for 11 didn't ask for the address until 11.35 (I ask people to message me when they're leaving now so I'm not waiting and wondering) so I told her that I was busy and just got 'let me know when you're free'. Someone else messaged asking whether the same thing was still available and then said 'I'll measure when I get home tomorrow if that's OK'. I'm honestly tempted to skip it. Everyone is so inconsiderate and entitled. Oh, and then there are the usual offers of peanuts on stuff that's already priced low - I think I might just take the portable stuff to the CS and be done with it!

The perils of FBMP.

The "symptoms" resurfaced saturday morning, so I was in bed til 2pm and I have had lots of naps all weekend. I ordered my mid month grocery shopping early, it came today, so that I could get some nutrient dense and gut friendly food.
I did not do all the things I wanted to do. In fact I think the only thing on that list I managed to do was roast the leg of lamb.
I have started filling some of the cracks and holes where light switches and plug sockets used to be. I've also gone over a patch of wall by the front door where the plaster has blown. I know it's only a temporary measure but it will look a bit more pleasant for a while. I've done two layers of filler so I need to find my sanding block, sand it down and maybe go back over tomorrow if it needs it.
My paint brush extension grippy thingy has arrived so I can finish that awful corner above the stairs where the roller wouldn't get to (the cutting in bits) this evening too.
I've also had some no more nails delivered (lots of deliveries, too ill to go to shops but well enough to potter at home), so I'm hoping I can reattach the skirting board, although I am not sure what exactly it will attach to as there seems to be only gaping hole behind it. I'm not sure if the electrician cut bits of wall away when he rewired or what. Hopefully there is enough bits of wall left to stick to. If not I will come up with plan b. Maybe a bit of expanding foam as most of my house seems to be patched up with polyfilla and expanding foam.
ETA - cutting in and corner now painted. Extension thingy was not the best, but it got the job done.
