    Special delivery would be but it doesn't look like that could have been used.
    To add some useful information here, for Royal Mail parcels, ones that have "Tracked" on the label are usually tracked all the way. It can get confusing as there are Royal Mail 24/48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. The first one tracks delivery only and the latter tracks the journey. Likely unrelated to the OP but thought it was useful info.
