Lloyds switch for up to £500, 24 February to 30 April 2026

I couldn't see anything in the terms, it was just that says "High earners only". I just wanted to check if I had missed something. Thanks for confirming that I hadn't.

It appears PIN codes for cards associated to new Lloyds accounts are going missing for some reason here. Recently 2 new cards arrived, but no PINs. Is there a way to see them in online banking or are they supposed to be delivered by snail mail?

PINs are certainly available in the app for new cards, as well as arriving by post.
If it's a concern then PINs can be changed at an ATM (with the old PIN).

Thanks. That will help to meet the £200 spend in 35 days. Not opened a Lloyds account yet as I'm waiting for a payment to be taken from the third DD I've set up.
I opened an account with Chase last week and was able to choose my own PIN before the card arrived which was much less faff!

I've had the card for a few days but no PIN as yet. Used the app to get it but you can also add to GPay using the App as well to help with spending the required £200

You should also be able to view the card details in app and use them for spending online before the PIN arrives.

I've just opened an account but have to wait for an activation code to arrive in the post.
I have 2 active DDs set up and a third will have a payment taken next week. Am I best waiting until that has happened before applying for the switch?

Yes, it’s worth waiting to be safe. I believe Lloyds is one of the banks that only considers Direct Debits to be active after they’ve had a first payment anyway.

Anyone know if internal transfer of £5000 between Lloyds accounts count as "Pay in"?

There doesn't seem to be anything in the terms excluding it but equally it says "pay in" not transfers so I've made sure mine came from an external source rather than Halifax account which is still the same group.
