Do you really want to set up a residential lettings business (as that's what it is) just because your house won't sell? Drop the price and move on. Being a LL is a not a passive hobby that you fall into as an easy alternative to selling.

If you have suffered with mould growth in that bungalow, then that is a problem you should get sorted

If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Did you have an estate agent visit to advise, help with staging and take photos?

Whilst a bare bulb on it's own isn't a big deal (and it's well worth getting a cheap shade to put on to sell) those things all add up. People may be put off if it 'feels' badly looked after.

I'd try to be ruthless with removing any clutter, dealing with any easy cosmetic issues (paint, lampshades) and take new photos. It might be worth taking the listing down for a couple of weeks before re-listing with the new images so it seems fresher.

He's already been ruthless, there's no clutter to remove and it looks very clean and well cared for, just unwelcoming. He could do with adding a bit of softness and character back in.

I agree with the comment about wardrobes on the outside wall, I don't understand why you think that would cause an issue. If you are heating and ventilating your property well, it shouldn't be a problem, particularly as we are coming into Spring now and it should be warmer. You could leave a gap behind it if it really worries you. Hopefully by next winter you will have sold so it will no longer be a cause of concern for you.

I Have never had mould growth anywhere. But i use monitors to make sure the humidity is below 60%.

Putting things against outside walls would be okay and look better in the short term.

I have a dehumidifier which is only really needed for drying clothes, boiling food for a long time or taking a shower
