Have you had lots of viewing but no offers? Or, very few viewings?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
As others have said, if you want to sell you’ll need to reduce the price. The market (down on the South Coast at least) is dropping.

I think you need to look very carefully at what else is on the market and whether there are some obvious disadvantages with your home

Previous thread on same subject.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1 -
No Viewings, there are more bungalows in the immediate area that are also for sale. have been for a few months. i think mine is in a better location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Mine is £20k less than the others

yes, it was removed from sale. the photos all improved, the property de-cluttered and it went back to the top of the Rightmove listings for a while. I took the advise from the previous thread. I have been away for a few weeks and now placed it back on the market but still no interest

This is what I said on your previous thread
"Bed 2 is small. Despite its seemingly generous dimensions lounge seems cramped. Lack of bathtub will put some people off. Houses at rear seem very close and overlooking is quite bad. Not everyone appreciates a sloping rear garden. Front "garden" retaining wall seems stark and doesn't match the bricks of the bungalow. plus the gravel looks bleak. Removal of the wall between hall and kitchen doesn't appear to have achieved anything apart from looking as if you are walking into the kitchen from the front door. And of course it is situated in a former pit village which is apparently somewhat rundown"
What is it Phil and Kirsty say "Location, Location, Location!". And there you have it, I am afraid, the probable reason why bungalows there aren't selling. Plus in your particular case, the other aspects I have mentioned
