Here is a possible rework with less text.

along with [name] [address] the executor-nominate of the deceased conform to will dated 23 February 2024 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 21 January 2026 of which an extract is produced, docquetted and signed as relative hereto. I am the son of the deceased and the said [name of executor] the daughter of the deceased. In said will my address is per incuriam written as [xxxxxx] and the said [name] is designed as residing at [address in will] a former address.
