    It's certainly odd that their deadline for telling them you need the payment to be paid elsewhere is after they have paid it, but if you follow their terms and do so then you would have the right to go to the ombudsman were that to become necessary down the line. Telling them now also means that you would have all of March to decide whether to remove £20 from T212 based on their response.
