So i just checked and i emailed the incorrect email for parking solutions, is the below good enough to send to them or does it need adjusting?

I am writing regarding Parking Charge Notice [PCN NUMBER].

The notice was initially issued to the lease company and has since been transferred to my employer/company. Please can liability now be transferred into my name as the hirer/keeper of the vehicle, and a new Parking Charge Notice issued directly to me so that I may deal with the matter personally and submit a formal appeal within the appropriate timeframe.

As this matter has now been passed to DCBL, I also request that all debt collection activity is placed on hold pending the transfer of liability and resolution of the matter.

Zero. Are they stupid? Companies don't pay scams. Clearly they just confirm they transferred liability to you.

Or you can respond admitting to driving which 100% pulls it to you immediately.
