Final reminder received
Hi all,
I have a company car and today have been sent a final reminder to pay £100 charge.
From what the fleet manager has sent me, the below is the timeline of events
Date of contravention: 11/12/25
Date lease Co notified: 12/01/26
Date fleet manager notified: 17/02/26, notice is dated 11/02/26
Date i was notified: 17/02/26
As you can see on the images, i paid for the parking via the app, i wasn't parked in a disabled space. How can i fight this?

See the bottom section of the 1st post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
You have no legal liability until or unless the invoice is in your own name, which is not the case at the moment, so doesn't fall to you

Thank you. Just confirmed with the fleet manager that the charge is assigned to the company and not me. Is it too late for it to get assigned to me? Is it worth sending the fleet manager the info for an appeal?

The fleet manager should be following procedures and naming the hirer to the private parking company ( who issued the pcn ? SPS ? ) so making a representation, nobody should be appealing at this point

Make sure that the Fleet Manager is not going to pay it on your behalf. There should be a slip at the bottom of the NTK which they can use to transfer the liability to the hirer/lessee and then you will receive a PCN in your own name. Make sure also that they transfer it to the hirer/lessee and NOT the driver.

If they won't transfer liability to you as hirer/lessee (WHY NOT? that is what they should do) then immediately appeal as admitted driver with your name & postal address.
Then ignore it after that. The point is to reply, to hook it in your direction once & for all. Stops any further letters going to the companies.
Do NOT do nothing. You need this transferred to yourself.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
