It clearly says it here

You're right, but that appears to be a different link.

My brother-in-law is in the same boat. He couldn't remember having had one before and no trace on his credit report in closed accounts. So has switched into Natwest, but upon checking very old emails he came across a Natwest email in 2018. 2024 incentive had a date of since January 2020 and I know the T&C now states ever had a previous incentive.
Has anyone managed to get the incentive since 2025 when these T&C's started excluding any previous incentives, if they had previously had one before 2020?

Yes I have been successful with RBS this time. Previously in 2024 I had an insentive from NatWest. Not sure if other brand were excluded in the terms or not. I kept my expectations low, unsure if I was eligible, and happy to receive this offer.
Edit to add that I still have a regular saver with NatWest, but had switched my current account from them a while ago.

I had previously had NatWest in December 2019, and I got both RBS and Ulster in early 2024
The terms of the digital regular saver say you must have an account to apply for it, I had a brief read of the terms but it's not clear if you need to keep the current account afterwards
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I just double checked the terms for this offer and it does exclude those who have had previous switch offers from any of the 3 brands. So it seems that they just don't have a system in place to check.
Well my NatWest regular saver is still open without a current account. I still transfer in every month via standing order from a non NatWest account, and receive interest. Only thing I can't do is transfer out.

What about the post from Dizzycap on p.160 (here) https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6652858/the-top-regular-savers-discussion-thread/p160

Was planning to do a switch to RBS this week for the £150 offer and the increased rate on the regular saver but the £150 switch offer doesn't seem to be listed on their website anymore, is it just me or is it gone?

Just checked, can't find any mention of it on RBS website or NatWest. Looks like they've pulled it early.
I checked last night and it was still there so looks like it was pulled earlier today.
Maybe someone thought it was 28th May instead of 28th April today and pulled it a month early? 🤔

I did wonder that with the date too, had to do a double take myself
