Email the template LoC response to Oak Legal, same as all the dozens of other recent threads about it on here ( file the paperwork, unused. ) , OR, ignore them and wait for a proper Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post in the future

Please refer this matter back to your client. I will not make voluntary payment of this disputed demand. Issuing a claim would be a waste of the court fee because it will be fully defended.
Liability and the alleged £170 debt are disputed. Any court proceedings will be vigorously defended.
