Ok thats fine, what can I do to make it a much better email? The final warning bit was just to state that I did not want to esculate the matter but that i would if i did not have my contract terminated. But if it's not a good email then I'm open to suggestions. And I have screenshots of the conversation I had with the agent and I've saved the email that came after the chat ended summarising the conversation.

I'm not sure what your argument is. You signed up to a six month contract. You turned off auto renewal so only the first months payment was taken. As such they suspended your account. As it stands, you owe them the remainder of the contract.

It says I have no access due to outstanding payments and I'm sure I only get access for the remaining months as I started in December. And I don't know what further action they'll take but I'm guessing they'd pass it on to a third party company to get me to pay if I don't pay up still.

A third-party company has no power to make you pay if you are referring to debt collectors. They can only get the money off you by taking you to court and winning.
Lack of payment may well show up on your credit history though.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I wanted to exit because I have no further use for it and I purchased it on accidental error, but they won't grant me that due to it being outside their policy that I signed up for the 6 month subscription. The argument I was making is that as they have locked me out and are still charging me for a service I cannot use, it breaches the consumer act 2015 section 62 as it causes a significant imbalance to the parties rights because I can't access a service that I'm still being charged for. If that's all wrong though then I'm all ears on what you think.

Ah right ok then. If i were to somehow manage to cancel my subscription and payments would it still show up on my credit history?

Contract don't work like that. Otherwise people would be cancelling left, right and center. You signed up for six months.
You're not being very clear. I'm presuming you need to make six payments, one each month of the contract. How many have you actually made because you said you turned off the auto renewal.

I'm not at all up to date with the relatively recent Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 - in fact I don't really know anything at all about it - but shouldn't all these sort of problems be covered by Part 4 Chapter 2 - "Subscription contracts" regarding transparency and pre-contract information etc etc?

Ah right my bad, sorry if I'm not being clear. Yes, I've only made one so far. I do have auto renewal turned off so they couldn't just take money out of my account. I did not realise that I had signed up to a 6 month subscription, so they obviously couldn't renew. So they now have my account suspended until I make a payment.

As everyone has said, user error.
You have got too excited when signing up and failed to read the terms.
At least you haven’t sent that email so at least they can’t laugh at you.
Best to be more careful in future, learn from it and move on.
