Ahh I signed up on the android app version and the layout was very different there. I can't actually access it though as I am locked out of it until I pay.

But what did your sign up emails say in regards to cost and how long?

They don't show a 1 month contract you're right. It was an accidental purchase as I didn't read the layout properly, the point i was making though is that they also did not show the full price of each option. They hide it behind a 50% off the first month offer. But if that isn't good leverege then surely being locked out of the account is?

The problem that I'm in is that I want to exit my subscription and all remaining payments because I don't want to use it, but I can't due to it being outside their policies. I'm just wanting a help drafting an email to respond to them that explains why I should cancel my membership and payments.

There seems to be your answer then. User error. I'm sure if you pay your dues they will reinstate your account.
Again, what did your confirmation email say about costs and length?

Contracts don't work like that. You signed up to six months and legally that's what you will be held to.

I can't find any that show any length of time I paid for, I only see a paypal showing that I paid on the 10th, then they emailed me an invoice on January stating that I owe this amount for the annual payment and that my account has been suspended due to not recieving a payment because auto renew was turned off. Nothing about the length of term.

Right, is there anything I can do or am I literally stuck until It ends?

What is the website saying now?
You paid the first month of 6.
You did not pay the second month of 6 so they blocked your access.
Are they now going to keep your access blocked until you pay? Will things be left in that suspended state indefinitely? Will the website take any further action to force you to pay the remaining five months?
If you do now pay, will you get access to the site for another five months, or will you get access until the end of the original 6 months period (so losing the time the access was locked out for non-payment)?

I'm not actually sure I think it's due to the fact that they suspended my account but that is just a guess. If you have any advice on how to write a proper email for this then I'm all ears.
