£34pm without router. I admit its not the cheaper but the support is second to none and being local to me i like to support local independent business

Always had great support. Ive had a trouble copper line for years before fttc was available that alot of other bigger isps didnt or wouldnt fix. Pulse8 sorted it out quickly for me.
Its times when things go wrong you need good support and shows you which isps care and which dont. They also rarely increase prices. Ive had 1 price increase of a few quid in the 8+ years ive been with them
Also i like the idea of supporting smaller isps
