I used the same method to decode the symbols as before to get "apple", but this time I got "wxxyzsexzyxssbbefsssyxxxddcxwsss".

Mine was also different to this. the letter in the puzzle was capitalised so not an L. but unlike when we did Apple we were give the top cypher ring for a reason. Something the binary clue hints at.

If you correctly do the cipher, you get:

You can then work out the missing numbers/letters with the Fibonacci sequence. From what I can see, the numbers at least then provide a link to a page.
