Apparently Lebara do not have a procedure to handle a STAC code. I have to give it to my old supplier, yes the one that gave it to me!

AFAIK Ofcon ruled in 2019 that UK mobile suppliers must honour the STAC and PAC procedure.

Wifi Calling also doesn't work, did with O2.

No wonder Lebara are cheap, good job only a 30 day contract!

  • Lebara said the problem with Wifi Calling was my mobile incompatible. But it started working the next day and got message from them saying now enabled. So just wasn't enabled!

Found it very hard to cancel O2 contract directly, so changed STAC to PAC. Gave PAC to Lebara and all seems to gave gone through OK today.

Mobile data signal with Lebara (Vodafone/Three) huge improvement over O2.

    Fingers crossed…

Someone might correct me but I don't think data is affected by porting.

If you call out the recipient sees your ported number, yes? However if they call that number they get unavailable? What about if soneone calls the number lebara issued?

It sounds as if something hasn't been connected for directing calls to your sim. Anecdotally porting from a main network to an mvno that uses the same network does seem more likely to have a problem, usually because the host network is involved at both ends.
