    Don't think I have any other numbers on my account. I would go with the NS&I number myself. You could call them to clarify? 0808 5007007 (8am to 8pm)

    I used the Holder's Number recently, as printed on the premium bonds themselves. When NS&I paid me by BACS they sent a covering letter quoting "Customer/Account number 12345678X"

    Rang up, spoke to a robot and passed from pillar to post , eventually got the answer

    Account number is the holders number
