    To confirm after defence submitted am just waiting for Claimant's Directions Questionnaire or the usual template letter saying they 'intend to proceed' which will be sent to me via post before i proceed. Thanks

    Sorry bit confused. Moorside legal sent me an offewr to settle, I believe igore, and an N180 form. Whats the process here, is this the one i need to send back. Thanks

    Ok thanks just read so I am waiting for my own Directions Questionnaire. It comes by post from the CNBC not the one moorside have sent me with there offer to settle

    Personally I would be checking my MCOL claim history to see when the CNBC have posted the N180 DQ document, i would then download it, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address in the 8 steps

    Why ? Because it could be delayed or go missing in the post

    What is important is promptly submitting it when the CNBC are ready for it, not sitting around wondering when postman pat will deliver it

    Doesn't look like they have issued the document YET. !

    Keep checking twice weekly, say Tuesday and Friday, over the next few weeks, until it's been posted

    Then follow the 8 steps
