Have my mediation tomorrow. If I miss it will it be major as 2 hour time frame i may be in a meeting? Can i call them back if miss it.

I just need to summarise my defence ie 'The claim is denied because the signage and contractual terms were unclear' and make an offer ie 5 pound cost of the parking, is that it nothing more and nothing less

Sounds like you've read the Mediation email like it's important and forgotten to read the 8 steps again, to get you grounded.

Just wait until its transferred to your local civil court and that court will post out a court order in several weeks time

You won't get a CCJ if you keep following the expert advice here, dealing with each stage of the full process
