    What I did:

    Answer. Opened Wordpad and copied text from there that I have been using for some years without problem

    What Should happen:

    Answer. The text should appear EXACTLY as copied

    What happened:

    Answer The Rich text editor decided to alter the pasted text

    This looks like it is related to automatic user tagging with the @ and is related to this issue: forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6653001/re-tagging-someone

    It might be worth upvoting that post as well (I am upvoting both as the issue happens whenever pasting text containing the @ symbol).
