I'm sorry for being thick. I did eventually send it to claimresponses.cnbc@JUSTICE.gov.uk

    They sent me this response.

Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days

    Cheers

As above, but the main item from that reply is proof of receipt from the correct mailbox, so from the correct recipient at the CNBC ( the fact that you received an email auto response back from the correct department . )

Now keep checking your MCOL claim history to see what extra lines are added , which hopefully puts it back on track going forward

    Hi folks

…I hope you don't mind me coming back to you for help... I thought I had heard the last from those rascals but I got a letter today telling me that I must fill in a form N180 with a deadline of 16th April. My dad’s funeral is on the 15th so I’m pushed for time. I’m planning to say Yes for mediation So as to look reasonable, and put Wigan for my local court... I think this would make them have to travel. (Perhaps on account of the Scottish angle in this case). Do you think this is the right move, or do you think I should be saying No to mediation at this stage? Just want to make sure I don’t mess up the DQ while I’m dealing with everything else.

Thank you again... I'm sorry to be a pest.

Mediation is compulsory, has been for 2 or 3 years now

The local English court should be suggested, because it doesn't matter to the claimant or their lawyers where it is, neither will attend, if it gets that far, but they might send an advocate, but usually discontinue before the hearing fee deadline

Download the N180 DQ pdf document and fill it in no pictures, no scans, no paperwork, just email, following the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

    Hi folks,

I'm struggling a bit... Can you help.

I couldn't find the template thread above which Gr1pr sent me to. So I downloaded a PDF n180 form from the government website. I filled it in using a writing tool with my fingers put it looks okay and I think all relevant information is there... But now I do not know which email address to send it to... I'm guessing it is DQ. CNBC@justice.gov.uk ?

Although I did send my initial defence to claimresponses.cnbn@justice.gov.uk And I got a response... Do I perhaps send the directions questionnaire to this email address?

Also There is no email address for euro car parks limited... All I have is a reference number... There is not even a postal address! Surely, They do not expect me to do the leg work? But it says in the letter from the courts…serve copies on all other parties. How do I do that? Without an address? Seems as though they are trying to make it difficult for me. Thanks for helping guys.

The 8 steps in. the defence template thread in announcements tell you where to email it, to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton and also to the lawyers, DCB LEGAL, use their info@ email address ( do not send it to the parking company because they are using lawyers, as seen on the claim form )

You were correct in downloading the pdf document from the government website and filling it in

Study the picture below to find the defence template thread in announcements ( read the first post. )

    Thank you guys,

I got it sent and got an acknowledgement from the DQ CNBC and from DCB legal. You've been a great help to me so many times... I would have given up without you. Thanks again. I guess I just wait now.
