    If its the defence then it needs to go to the claims responses address

    send your defence immediately to

    claimresponses.cnbc@JUSTICE.gov.uk

    then check your MCOL timeline in the next couple of days

    Resend it to the claimresponses email address, not that DQ address. ( you used the wrong address. )

    Thank you... I sent it to the email you gave me And it's gone through.

    These companies must make a load of money just out of people who give up.

    Anyway It was 25 minutes late but they did have me down as barred... From using MCOL.. So if They tell me I was too late... I think I am justified in saying that their systems are very difficult to work with... And I spent 40 minutes no exaggeration waiting to speak to a bloke on the helpline... Who was no help!

    Then check your inbox again, for the auto email response from the correct mailbox

    Clearly you don't send a defence to the DQ email. No! Why choose that one? That is for DQs only (Directions Questionnaires) and is not looked at for two weeks.

    Please do this right because you will probably get a 'false' CCJ anyway and you will need to then prove to the CNBC that you did email a defence to the right place today and got an auto receipt (from the RIGHT team).

    Claimresponses works perfectly as long as you copy & paste it properly from the correct version given to you on this thread, and it's in the Template Defence thread.

    @Straitgate what you did isn't OK!

    Send it again with defence attachment to the right email. Currently you have NOT filed your defence properly at all.
