Their date of issue is 30th of December 25

AOS was sent by email on Sunday 18th January at 23:59

I hope that its all due to you having emailed the AOS form, whereas you should have done it on MCOL, where its instant ( so could be an error or delay at the CNBC. )

    Hello guys

II spoke to a man called Mark at the courts... He was very reticent to tell me how to use the system... Insisted first that the bar was only for ECP... But I told him it said that I was barred. He asked me about my filing of the AOS by email and I told him that I had sent it by email a second time... Sending a photograph of the form... As they requested from me... On the 24th Jan. He then said he did not know why the system was barring me. But told me that my deadline was still today at 4:00... And so to post it... Or email it. So I'm going to email it.. I also asked him that if I could get the MCOL system to work should I send it by that also... He said that's up to you.

So I'm going to send it right now In fact I have the email all written up ready to send... Is there any reason why I should not?

Sorry to be pest…I did try to send my first AOS by MCOL But I run into problems and that was at the last minute and that's why I used email.

Definitely Email it, BUT, before you do, its very important to add the current statement of truth to the bottom of it and add an e signature too

Save It as a pdf, ( not a docx. ) attach it to your email with claim reference number etc added, then send it to claimresponses ASAP

Then check your email inbox and spam folders for their auto email response back

they will not process a photograph of the form

If you sent a photo the AOS form then they have not processed it

Please post up the transaction history of the AOS, this should have been very simple and straight forward

The MCOL system is pretty straightforward, what problems could you have run into when logging the AOS

Your message wasn't delivered to cnbc@JUSTICE .gov.uk because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

You send it to the right email address marked URGENT UNPROCESSED DEFENCE - CLAIM NO xxxxxxxxxx

You used the wrong email address.

All the email addresses are in post 1 of the Template Defence thread. Do it NOW.
